That held me back for same time as well but once you select your exit strategy and build your team you will be off to the races! 

You can tell they genuinely want to help people.

@Ken Livingston I usually recommend people take solar panels off their properties, not put them on.

@Youssef Labib  I don't know about the success rate of this or any big guru program, however my thought is most people at the end have parted with a large sum of money with nothing to show for it. 

These are usually the two sides of the coin people are solving for.

Investors aren't numbers - they're people who are known and cared about.

Lots of people buying.

But we still do a Facetime for each property.A lot of "unfinished" turnkeys in bad neighborhoods have been sold over the years, by people who have fled the country. ;-) (Portugalseems to be a popular place to flee to).

I've met some great people who have become friends. 

No more than you should become a master electrician, master plumber, HVAC tech,  insurance agent, loan officer, and maybe other licensed people.
