@Muhammad,Sorry for the slow reply, I didn't realize you'd posted again.My accountant's firm is specialized in professionals (dentists, lawyers, doctors) and operates out of Vancouver.  

That is difficult for me to answer because I have read about 160 books in the last 6 years because of my handicapped medical condition and I cannot walk, drive, or work outside of my home which luckily has a paid-off mortgage after about 11 years I did back in 1996.It probably depends on the niche(s) you pick.

There is a Medical Research hosp near by.

@Geoffrey Fellner I know you love your parents and they love you but what happens in 12 months and they decide that Alaska is not for them or a major medical issue causes a major uptick in there expenses.

Also, we are seeing an influx of medical professionals given the aging population in the area. 

What if they have a medical card?

That's illegal on the federal level, as they are considered to be medical devices, not animals.

Idea being we all live together and even move our parents in so parents can rent out their local 3br/2bath townhome for $2500-$2700 market rent and help them build their retirement savings.I desire to move out of CA eventually and work in medical field as a PA currently making 140K with ability to relocate jobs nearly anywhere in country.
