Primarily, when will this end, and when will things start back up again.Which seems to call for decision-making in the face uncertainty (because there seems to be a gamble element to it), like happens in war on the battlefield sometimes.Except your not really at war with the tenant.

Would consider adding stone/brick pavers, concrete or doing a wood platform.

Aside from the question above, the brand is established and grows organically via a thought leadership platform which you use to share the knowledge you have accumulated with others, and help others grow.

Get a job in Amazon, Grocery stores or those platform where you deliver their groceries.  

Let people connect with you on multiple platforms so that you can have a better chance of converting down the line. 

So this platform would run off of the current MLS database or Zillow/Trulia and filter out properties that make sense from an investment point of view?
