I'm not saying they need to live in a million dollar mansion, but something middle class and neat     Look at how they present themselves, are they somewhat clean cut and neat or are they toothless and chain smoking cigarettes?  

I am confident in my ability to learn, I have a fantastic work ethic, and have a deep desire to get started in this industry.

My favorite text: "I know my dog threw up while I was moving and I forgot to clean it up but I'll come over now so you  can't charge me"  Told her lock is  changed, don't come.

Their unit is well maintained, and they currently do cleaning and yard maintenance on the side for other properties.  

The tenant, temporarily now a single young woman, soon states that she is afraid to remain there and moves out.The interior of the house was always well kept and before moving out the tenant apparently  cleaned it well.

The feces stains and cockroach droppings are extensive inside the drywall and on the wooden studs and joists.What is the best method for cleaning off the surface mold?

Unless you've got friends with deep pockets, I'd start with a job first.
