Hi, my name is Anthony and I currently live in Dallas Texas. I am brand new to real estate investing and I am looking to learn anything and everything I can about how break into the business with very limited capital. 

I was a band director for a year and decided quickly it was not for me and I am now looking for a means to make a living and build a more passive stream of income for my retirement years. 

I am confident in my ability to learn, I have a fantastic work ethic, and have a deep desire to get started in this industry. Any local investors willing to spend time helping me learn the ropes would be repaid in gratitude, loyalty, and any services I can provide that would be of immediate use (private music lessons can be expensive!)

Welcome Anthony ! If you haven't already I would strongly recommend reading the education guides available at BP. Getting familiar with the industry jargon and understanding the financial aspects will greatly help you in both short and long term. Surely go through the podcasts as well as they provide both excellent ideas and inspiration. 

I am sure one of the several experts here would help and provide some mentoring. I am somewhat starting out as well but would be glad to share my knowledge and ideas with you (especially the financial side of deals).
