Cockroach poop and mold removal

My family recently purchased a house built in 1970 in the Houston, TX area. There has been significant moisture intrusion around windows and thru roof leaks. Mold inside the walls has been removed and the house was treated for cockroach infestations at their worst in areas that have been made wet from leaks. There remains surface mold on many walls and the ceilings. The feces stains and cockroach droppings are extensive inside the drywall and on the wooden studs and joists.

What is the best method for cleaning off the surface mold? What is the best product for sealing afterwards? I bought water based KILZ from HD upon the paint specialist's recommendation.

I've doused the cockroach stains with full strength white vinegar to help disinfect. Scraping does not remove most of it. Before installing wall finishes I plan to treat the open walls including backs of affected drywall with water based Kilz.
