I would like to think its worth atleast 55k to 60k when fixed.My fallback plan:I am a Software Engineer and currently living out of state for over a year now for work but this property is in town where i am from and will possibly be returning back at end of this year.

What kind of software or system is there out there where I can submit lots of offers?

I have been looking into software solutions assist me in that task and limit my paper production.

And it sounds like you've got the trends pegged (i.e. more casino workers, not as much focus on DOD, etc).
