Terrence gets mad when you try to ask him any questions about fees being taken out.Now, they won't respond when I'm trying to get a 1099 from them. 

The attorney fees would cost a lot more than the repair.This is why I tell landlords to stay away from arbitrage.

However, some took longer to sell.HOA fees, when present, were typically in the $150-300/month range.

Now it closer to $500 plus they steal a large fee from my guests and force me to use their 3% fees to get my money.

Instead of watching TV and your phone for 6+ hours per day, get a second job and earn money with that time.
