@Breelon Bryant, it’s definitely a powerful tool, but can also be tricky so you want to make sure to do all your research and talk to your lender about the exact requirements.  

Analyzing deals with the tools you have, wholesales that get sent over, internet research, finding houses on auction sites or zillow and analyzing those, just keep doing it.

Can anyone suggest an analysis tool that allows for multiple lending sources for each deal?

I just didn't see it as a drop-down option under Tools or Education or anything. 

.- Advertise rentals on Zillow, collect rent on Cozy or Zillow, and integrate the tenants into my CRM to proactively stay in touch.- Use STESSA to track returns.
