I'm new to the BiggerPockets scene, but I've been soaking up as much information as I can.  I listen to the BP Pod Casts daily, I've read The Ultimate Beginners Guide to getting started, I've been reading other real estate books, I've been participating in the webinars, and I've been putting together my team to get my ducks in a row.

I'm interested in the buy and hold rental strategy with a small multi-family home niche.

The reason I've put this post together is becuase I'd like to meet a seaonsed vet in the Pittsburgh area who could critque my plan and give me a few pointers.  I'd be more than happy to meet and discuss this over lunch at a restaurant of your choosing.
