Also, I watched a well-respected long-time company install some laminate in one of my rentals and noticed that after they had the sink opening cut, and before they attached anything to the countertop, they rolled a coat of clear polyurethane over all the vulnerable cut edges - the sink opening, underneath the dishwasher, at the 45 joints - and let that dry before finishing up the install.

She refuses to let my crew work on “our own home” again so that would be a conflict of interest.I thought it was a little odd that a mouse would stumble around a Kitchin during broad daylight in front of 4 people so I google “seeing a mouse in home during daylight”Google says Mice are nocturnal creatures, so they are most active between dusk and dawn.

Hello John, in our lease, if the tenant is moving out, we must inspect the property to see if the air conditioning works, if the light bulbs work, if the oven is working, dishwasher, etc.
