@Michele B.This is all too common, it's one of the ways shifty landlords try to minimize the cost of turning rental properties between tenants.In the middle of moving, with all the attendant expenses, very few tenants have the time management skills and/or available $$$ to get the property they're moving out of really clean or pay for professional cleaning.
