The next step for me is to become a Pro member.

Goal - Network with professionals that are experienced with: Buy and Hold, Buy and Sell of single-family, duplex (2,3,4 unit).

Background - 41 years of extensive experience, skill, and value with all styles of homes and Commerical interior tenant up fitting. Successful creative problem solver, working within the footprint, budget and time frame established.
