I have a lot of leads/showings and really would like a system that:1) Is automated (minimizes back and forth from email/phone calls)2) Has functionality to incorporate multiple team members with different availabilities3) minimizes no shows (text reminders)

Many contractors in my experience incorporate this factor into their business models, finding reasons - often legitimate but sometimes not - to hit you with a barrage of change orders.

She hasn't left you physically, it sounds like she has already left you emotionally = a lot worse.
