Wholesaling: I am a newbie. WHAT can I do to generate leads?

I own a remodeling company in the State of MI, and generate a decent amount of income. But not nearly enough for me to dabble into actual real-estate investing. I am an excellent sales-person, basically selling myself and my company on a weekly basis. Generating leads for contracting services is easy for me, but I just cannot get a handle of finding motivated sellers. I want to wholesale enough to acquire capital for future investments and eventually stop working so physically hard. My goal is to stay within real-estate minus breaking my back on a constant basis. WHAT can I do to enhance findng sellers? I know of all the various methods, but just curious what methods work best for others. Thank you.
