There’s a ton of debate about which one is more comfortable but there is none on which one dries faster.

Hey, I have been looking around for a place to make my first investiment and I found one that might be it.Please help me review it.Here is the listing and here are my numbers (please dont change them).I am assuming I can get a discount on the listing price, but not sure how much to start offering.Also, the house needs a new kitchen, needs lots of dry wall repair, need new floors and new AC.

It's been hot and dry for several months now. 

Do they really care about the seller who got hung to dry while waiting for a wholesaler to "assign" his option?

It adequately prepared me to easily pass on the first attempt, but it was very dry (which is probably more due to the material than the provider).

Just had them this way to show holes in picturePic #3: The room is now dry and ready to be finished & rented.

There are a few parcels here and there that could be built on if you wanted to go that direction.There are also some "dry" cabins or off grid stuff here and there.

With no income the lender will not loan to you because if something goes south you could walk away and leave the lender high and dry. 

When deals flow dries up a lot of so called mentors move to teach for income and push deals of the past as easy replicatable today.What's great about bigger pockets is someone can post knowledge and it tends to be available to read by thousands or more people at their leisure.You can already see by a lot of the posts the starter investors think 3,600 is a ton of money and the mentor Is being overpaid etc.Folks there is likely some GOLD in these forums if the potential investor takes the time to read.
