Is your first concern that the doors are large and formal, and that the rooms have large windows?

I am a beginner, trying to get any knowledge I can from experienced investors. 

My concern is how they are producing bread on the table, today, not some future retirement strategy. 

The only concern I would have would be the holding cost of the HML.

If you are investing, crime shouldn't concern you.

My main concern is the fact that the railroad is in very close proximity.

I used to read the Gartman letter every morning which was concerned with commodities.

We realized our business wasn't an easy one to sell for a huge profit, so a comfortable and friendly transition away from it over time, passing off leads to other competitors trying to build their businesses while hanging on to the loyal regulars, was a great win-win to get the income we need during 'transition' and not be concerned with a slipping gross revenue like we would be preparing the business for sale.
