I have been reading previous posts to see what end buyers (investors) do/don't like when it comes to ARV & estimates.

I found a property and got a buyer but I have the property under contract and I wants to sell the property or contract to the buyer but she has a mortgage to purchase the how do I get paid by that at closing or can someone run me through that process

It's a sought after park and I don't think finding a buyer is going to be an issue.

Would a new buyer consider the loan assumption versus a traditional bank? 

If I purchase a property via Land Contract and wanted to lease option it out to a buyer.

I was able to find an agent who works with buyer's. 

And you never know, if they hang in there long enough maybe they will snagging the buyer they are after.I hope everything turns out well.

It is a completely different world from retail home buyers.

What will that buyer do if they cant find someone to buy the contract?
