Newbie Here. True Estimates
I have been reading previous posts to see what end buyers (investors) do/don't like when it comes to ARV & estimates. My question is being a newbie to the REI business, what website or process would any of you investors recommend for accurate home repair estimates. Or should I say is there a cleaner way to get you guys and gals the most accurate repair cost? I read in the past where newbies have provided really low repair cost and when the actual buyer sees the home, the amount doesn't match. I really want to make and keep the best relationships with my buyers. I know that is key.
