Flipping Manufactured Homes in Senior Parks!

Nancy E Omachi
Posted

I have started to rehab a 1981 Manufactured home in a Senior Park in WA. It's a sought after park and I don't think finding a buyer is going to be an issue. My question is how different is flipping these different from stick homes with respect to federal taxes in regards to deducting all the repairs and such. I'm sure some of you must be able to give me some idea of what to expect. If you have any suggestions I'd appreciate it.

Thanks!
