One day out of the blue the lender contacted us to notify us that they did a random title check and since we had changed title from the original owner's name to my LLC they were calling the note due (the payments were current) and I had 30 days to pay the full balance or they were taking the property.I moved title back to the original owners and placed the property in trust.
