The bank won't care and you can complain to them until you are blue in the face. 

Depends which color you like better, orange or blue.

The Zillow algorithm doesn't take into account "ocean front" versus "across the street".  

I tend to invest in C or C- class neighborhoods such as the light blue properties in monopoly.

I grew up in Fayetteville, AR, but had to get to an ocean; hence the Miami move.

But the later often have higher income that allows them to live in midtown or other less blue collar areas.

I do have quite a bit in blue chip stocks but not much in savings.

I know a lot of multi units are usually in a blue collar/ "secured neighborhood" (D) class where you can get a lot of cash flow?

One day out of the blue the lender contacted us to notify us that they did a random title check and since we had changed title from the original owner's name to my LLC they were calling the note due (the payments were current) and I had 30 days to pay the full balance or they were taking the property.I moved title back to the original owners and placed the property in trust.

It should be then in a blue font (like yours are here).
