Guidance Needed Starting Flips in Memphis TN.

Hi there! :D Is there anyone out there that is currently flipping in Memphis, TN.?

@Gina Moore and @Regina Househunt - Make sure that when use the @ that you click on the name.  It should be then in a blue font (like yours are here).  If it is not then the person is not alerted to the message and it will be lost. The only reason I know about these questions is because of the keyword Memphis!  I'd hate to think that you thought I just didn't respond! :)

@Gina Moore - We do our own inspections so haven't needed an outside one.  I suggest that you post that question in the Memphis forum and have some of the other local experts respond.  (and if you get no response, then message me and we will figure it out!)

@Regina Househunt - There are definitely some good HML in Memphis. They each have different requirements and different pricing. We currently work with one who I found during a networking event in Memphis. We refinance our flips through him. He evaluates each property and becomes the first lien holder on them. Then when we sell, we pay him and he releases the lien. Like I just mentioned to Gina, I'd recommend that you post your question in the Memphis forum. You should get more responses. Also I highly recommend coming down and networking with other investors.
