Hi, I'm new real estate investing, My background is in the Technology Industry not Realstate. I'm currently in the process of selling my first house hacking property that I purchased in 2014. My next move is to investing in rental properties, Interested in multifamily homes (2-4 units) in the surrounding area. Please leave comments with any advice on in Stockton area market. I'm interested to network with any new investors.   Thank you!

Hey @Alonzo A., I personally really like 95204, 95207, and 95209. But if the numbers work, you can really do well in any area of the city. As I'm sure that @Wes Blackwell would tell you though, many neighborhoods can have random pockets in them that aren't...how do you say it.....as "nice" as the rest of the neighborhoods as they may be drug or gang blocks so I would always recommend asking for feedback from a few real estate professionals and not just the agent/broker/wholesaler that is presenting the property to you. BP has been a great resource for me for this kind of thing and I'm sure that community would work really well for you in a similar fashion.
