I'm reviewing a NPL in 1st position on a home in Oklahoma where the O&E report shows the borrower as deceased and there are a few different liens listed, filed between 2007-2010:State income tax liens totalling upwards of $10K"Statement of Judgement" lien from a local credit union upwards of $19,500Does anyone know if these are attached to the property or just to the individual, and if to the property, can they be wiped out via FC?

If the numbers worked I might do lots of things, but I think you are bordering on dangerous if you are talking about using ALL your money (or even most).
