Lien question on Oklahoma NPL w/deceased borrower
I'm reviewing a NPL in 1st position on a home in Oklahoma where the O&E report shows the borrower as deceased and there are a few different liens listed, filed between 2007-2010:
State income tax liens totalling upwards of $10K
"Statement of Judgement" lien from a local credit union upwards of $19,500
Does anyone know if these are attached to the property or just to the individual, and if to the property, can they be wiped out via FC? I've got a call in to contact an attorney in OK but thought I'd post here for any opinions as well since I've not dealt with Oklahoma liens.
Thanks
