I've been silent-blogging for a few months now, reading, researching, and just trying to learn as much as I can about the world of real estate, and decided its about time I joined in the conversation, and introduced myself to all you fellow bloggers who have been sharing your wealth of real estate knowledge so generously on this site. 

As I was driving home from work tonight listening to Bigger Pockets Podcast 143 (which was excellent if you haven't listened yet) @Brandon Turner brought up a very interesting article that just came out on Fortune.com regarding Wall Street's housing bet not paying off.
