Hi all It's nice to meet you all, I am relatively new to real estate investment so I will look to my Seniors for support, thank you in advance. 

Does anyone have any useful tips the wish they new when they where fresh in the market? where should I start when looking to build a portfolio? what blogs or articles do you read?
