Hello BP,

I've been searching on this site for a couple months and have found nothing but great people/information. Little about myself- I was a mortgage broker in West Palm Beach FL for about 3yrs and got out to finish school here in Orlando @ the University of Central Florida with my finance degree. Now I'm ready to get back into real estate and decided to be on the investing side of things. 

I've partnered up with a buddy of mine who is liked minded and we are focusing our energy on flipping preferably 3/2 single family homes under 150K.
