Looking at it on an apples to apples basis with alternative options, you'll want to consider points, fees (loan app, appraisals, draws), skin-in-the-game requirements, whether it's a dutch loan or not, if there are extension options, when interest payments are made, the risks involved in the deal...so, for example, would you rather pay 20% interest on 6 months at the end of a deal with no fees....or make monthly payments, put say 20% down, have some fees, and pay 10% to 12%?

This may not be the best question , but is there software or apps or Local gov applications( besides county tax records ) that locate parcels for owners classified as multi-family properties or something similar , it may narrow down the search a little for the properties in the asset class id be looking for .

The majority of Chase’s, or any other bank’s, mortgages loans are Fannie, Freddie or FHA....and the banks don’t set the terms for those.I stand corrected....seems like they just want to step back, focus on record refi an even apps too.
