LLC - Online vs Lawyer Set Up

I'm close to making a decision on my first investment property and Im wondering if I should set up an LLC on my own with an online website or do I set it up with a lawyer. The reason I would like an LLC is to be able to open a business line of credit to acquire property without using my own cash. Does it even make sense for me to get one at all?
