Cold Calling Off Market Absentee Owners
Hi, I found some vacant “distressed” properties using the DealMachine app. I have contact information (phone number/email address) for the properties and I am considering cold calling before spending money on marketing. I’ve seen discussions on the forum where investors recommend having an offer before you call, but how do I know what to offer??
