I joined Bigger pockets Pro about a month ago and am so amazed, impressed and grateful for the host of information and positive support from this incredible community!

I have a few friends who deal in real estate on different levels and witnessing their financial freedom as persuaded me to jump in with both feet.My personal knowledge on investing is limited, and for that reason, I am grateful to have stumbled upon this site.

I'm grateful to have found the Bigger Pockets website and community.  

Also, I'll be grateful if you can give me some tips on things to look out for when doing so.
