I wish I had started as young as you, but had the attitude that I didn't have time for it and i didn't want the late night calls.

I finished looking at the Biggerpockets ultimate beginner's guide and had a few questions about good starting spots. 

I actually just finished reading RDPD and have started Cash Flow Quadrant.

It's a live in duplex and I rent out one of the units and do AirBNB out of the finished basement.

There’s shade in the early morning and late afternoon only.The system we have is on-grid only.  

Also, does anybody know a good real estate tax professional who has the capacity to take on another client this late in the game?

Now I have a new house with an old chain link fence which I don't think will look great once the project is finished and can cause problems when it comes to selling the property subject to half of the property being sold off. 

I just finished listening to @Jay Hinrichs BP podcast and liked his method of being a Capitol Partner. 

We also bought out own personal property in June of 2017 which we have updated and finished the basement on to add an additional bedroom, bathroom, and family room.

I handled everything on my own (by that I mean I didn't use a PM or Attorney, not went there with a baseball bat to threaten him), and worked directly with Sheriff's dept to evict a non paying, very late paying tenant.
