I want to give renter a right to purchase at market price at end of lease and they would also get credited towards 25% of appreciation if they finish lease term and choose to buy.

I recently got a line of credit and my problem was that the bank's appraiser only did drive-by appraisals, so, I never had any contact. 

I would get a contractor out there to give you an estimate on the repairs, then see if you could get a credit on the closing.

I have better credit now tho so may get I rate that is worth it,Thanks!

We are about $80,000 in debt with college loans, credit cards, and some personal loans that we took out in order to facilitate our recent move overseas.  

I own a condo in Chicago that I'm preparing to rent out.  

Trying to educate myself, preparing for some life changes.

Considering I do not have the best credit .

First, we need to fix up our current home, so in the meantime, I will be on here reading all the blogs and posts, asking questions and learning whatever I can, so we can be as prepared as we can to move forward within the next year.

Also, i am looking for wholesalers that are able to show me with no money down, and/or no credit down type of wholesaling.
