Hello Bigger Pockets!  

I've been listening to BP podcasts for a few weeks. Trying to educate myself, preparing for some life changes. Hoping to look at purchasing multifamily property in about year. I'm not native to Pittsburgh, but have grown to love the city and all it has to offer. Been in Pittsburgh for about 15 years.
