Hi guys, I made my first offer on a duplex for 102k, expected rent is 1300 total. So far so good. After the inspection it comes out that despite the structure being sound, HVAC electrical plumbing and roof are pretty old and may need attention soon. I know it s hard to say, but any suggestions on what do do now?
