Because online shopping services like Amazon, which store consumer information, are using very strict verification processes, such as sending a text message, or a code to an email address before one can change/update anything.While this method may be a great way to may prevent fraud. it can also bring havoc to someone who may have changed cell phone number and/or email address several times since the first time they set up their account with Amazon, eBay, and so forth.Another scenario could be that the person who moved away is staying with someone who cannot place them on the mailing address, as it may cause an issue with the person they moved in with.

Besides traditional marketing you would be surprised how many prospects and/or bird dogs are saved as contacts in your cell phone.Call everyone and let them know that after a lot of thought and careful consideration that you have decided to become a real estate investor and then ask them who they know who needs to sell a home.Happy House Hunting
