Hello Everyone

My names Alan and Ive been a wholesaler for 6 years and now a Marketing Director/ Lead Acquisitions manager. I'd like this post to be primarily about Ringless Voice Drop and other technology that's out now. Who's using it and what type of success have you had?

#1. What type of list are you using and what type of volume are you sending voicemails, voice broadcast or sms.

#2 What website are you using and why? compared prices? better technology? or easy to use?

#3. Have you experimented with different scripts? which scripts have had the best luck (response rate)

#4. What other types of marketing are you incorporating along with this new technology?

Any and all comments and experiences are welcome. I have a list of providers and pricing were ready to take action this next week. Comment and lets share some much needed info!!!

 Good Morning Alan.

As a guy who owns a phone company which can send VoiceBlasts, RVMs, Emails, SMS and MMS messages we should all be aware that sending SMS and MMS, either Longcode or shortcode, without the expressed permission of the recipient is a violation of the  law.

Sending Robo calls aka VoiceBlasts is also unless you adhere to the opt out requirements.

RVMs is in a grey area from a legal perspective since technically one cant answer the call however that isnt 100% accurate. A RVM is a series of 2 calls being sent within a fraction of a second apart. The first call grabs the phone line and the second call goes to voicemail and then the first call hangs up. Average drop connect is only 70% which isnt bad.

Anyone telling you different are covering up the truth and youll notice most of these companies are out side of the USA so they arent governed by the Feds.

All this said one can stay within the rules and be very productive.

The larger issue is telephone number/email  | property address mining. I can grab 60% of the cell numbers attached to a property address and 25% of email addresses. With the amount of data collection available you would think it would be higher however it isnt.

All of these reasons is why I highly recommend that one use these tools as follow up and not first contact.

Heck I can live call someone and if i hear their voicemail click a button and leave a pre-recorded message on their phone and go to the next call which makes cold calling so much easier.

As for scripts, they're like the message on postcards. Full of trigger words and quick to the punch.

BP doesnt let me state which company I own which is weird when someone asks this type of question...

Just be careful using these products legally...

Happy House Hunting
