If you had no revenue, sales, advertised or solicited in the state I don't think your required to file.

I know they tried advertising on cabs, and that didn't work.

I've built a relationship with them, know what type of properties they're looking for and what areas, so I cater different marketing campaigns to them and once I get deals I just send them a text message and they're sold--doesn't get any easier then that.

At the bottom I have an implied rent value based on a later section that compares advertised rental rates.Next section is the Recently Sold section which is effectively the same as the current listings.I've noticed in my area there isn't a lot of recently sold data.

Almost every lender can do this, but most consumers either go with who advertises the lowest rates, or the lowest fees with little understanding that just about everyone can offer them what the other guy is advertising.

When we advertise properties for rent, we list what type of heating the unit has.  

We have full billboards and national TV advertising, plus an exceptional direct mail program.  

I'm currently working on automating my "wholesaling" business with certain systems so that it can run with large scale marketing (think 10,000 minimum letters each month + online advertising)I need the experienced wholesalers out there to help me out!
