I'll be honest, I would spend zero time working on a file that I knew had been double escrowed like this and I'm pretty surprised to hear that these two guys don't care and want the loan that bad in this environment when every broker's phone has smoke coming out of it LOL.

The primary purpose of the truck will be to travel to the cabin every 4 to 6 weeks for routine maintenance and general checks on the property.I am going to check with a tax professional, but that said, I would be curious to hear anyones experience here.Are the truck and improvements such as tires something that I can partially or fully write off my taxes?
