Short term rental near hospitals
Hello,
I have couple of long term rental properties in LA. I am planning to add STR in my portfolio. I am doing my research around popular tourist destination in CA (Yosemite, Lake Arrowhead, BigBear etc). I felt like these areas are already saturated with tons of STR. Next, I am looking for properties near hospitals.
Anyone here own STR near hospitals targeting visiting doctors, nurses and patients? Is it the right investment? Are there any pitfalls I need to know before considering this option?
Appreciate you help!!
Thanks
