Be patient, a little bit goes a long way, and that's just the way that you want it, especially as you go on to learn, and subsequently make the mistakes, which everyone makes, early on because you have a little more wiggle room.

As far as my problem tenant, I am certainly being patient and killing her with kindness but she has no interest is "working with me".
