New member looking for opportunities
How does it look for possible nomad strategy in Vegas and Socal? I live in in Vegas but would like to move to SoCal in the next couple years and am considering a nomad and or house hacking strategy. Open to other ideas as well.
I have a stable job with about 85K income and uo to 50K or so to invest (or not) by buying a condo in Vegas then nomad to SoCal. I am also a verteran having a 0% funding fee VA loan at my disposal if needed.
Lastly, I am patient and am looking to see what kind of opportunities the current crisis might present in residential RE.
Thanks!
