The only issue that's coming about is my lenders seem to think the underwriters will catch that the lease ending August 31 is more than 60 days after the closing date.

They let you review and edit the list if you want to remove duplicates (list source has a remove duplicates function that catches most but if people have multiple properties under slightly different names it misses those) you can then send the list and have them print your post cards, letter etc.

If they fell behind a while back and circumstances changed back to positive but they just couldn't catch up, that's not a bad thing and shows a history that besides that one episode, they can afford the rent amount.Also consider that people and circumstances change, so while they truly may have been the world's best tenant to their last landlord, maybe some event occurred in their life that changed their approach/respect for their obligations.
