Suggestions for reusing old windows

Hi all, we celebrated our daughter birthday last month and we had a renovation done. We changed the interior of our home into a contemporary style and we also repainted the full house. We shifted our son's room upstairs. Since we live in the North most of the windows and doors have been changed to energy efficient ones. It was done by a window installation company in Ottawa called Clera windows. While getting rid of all the renovation waste, I saw that some of the doors and windows could be reused. But I was not sure about how to use it efficiently. When I was searching for some ideas my friend suggested to use the window as a family photo display. I was really impressed with the idea. Has anyone ever tried this before? I would like to get more details on it. Thanks in advance.
