Landscaping work is permitted if improments are permanently affixed to the property. it’s similar to 203k Fha but better since is not as restrictive with what kind of repairs can be done, plus there is no HUD inspector required, which are expensive as they charge around $700-$1000 for inspection.

If you tear out the paneling you’re subject to rewiring the house (no longer grandfathered wiring on a gut) / getting insulation permits at least in my town (>30% area drywall replacement).

Hi Q I'm from Fairburn GA as well a newbie as well, I will work with a Agent , but from my understanding the best way to build a buyer list is to Market yourself with Bandit signs if Fulton county is a no go try another one.. thanks for that info by the way I did not know it was not permitted.
