Ok so today I was traveling along on the way to see about something I saw on Craigslist (unrelated product) when I see this propert that looks like a fire got it or something. Really couldn't tell because it looked like a place would look like after a fire, but no smoke or black wood. However it had the nice green notices stuck on the door from the county saying it was condemned and need to be sold, demolished or what not.

Took some pictures and did some checking up and see it is bank owned, and part of a whole bigger deal of around over 30 acres. It doesn't look to me like much of the building would be salvageable aside from the foundation after a good clean up. I'm going to have to wait until Monday to find out the specs on the size of the lot and how long it has been on the market. It's in a good area and gets good traffic. I really wasn't planning on doing any wholesaling until my launch date Jan 1st, least of all with an REO, but would be nice if I can get this to work. Any advice you think would be helpful when I contact them with my game face on would be appreciated. Also, do you think the foundation is salvageable from looking at these pics? The brick maybe? What do you think happened? A big bad wolf? Do you think the bank will separate this from the package deal they are selling it for of around 30 acres?
