Do you have any bank that you strongly support and have had a great relationship with as you have grown your business?

I'd focus on building relationships and joining organizations in your area because investors typically want off market deals that cash flow - and the more people you know, the more likely you'll have access to that.

I am also excited to know that there are more people like me and to see people who have started as I am now starting (with nothing), and have grown into success!  

I don't mind organizing it.

Having grown up in Marion, attended CBHS in Memphis, and attended the University of Arkansas, I realized just how many connections I had made over the years, and real estate seemed to be the perfect job.

Mine have grown faster  since I've incorporated real estate into them.
