Start a church and pay no taxes?
I was watching Last Week Tonight last week and it seem that there is a easy way to "start a church" and pay no taxes on income. Wondering if we can apply this to Buy and Hold real estate. No property tax or income tax would be pretty cool. I could even "lower my rental rates" to "help my fellow man" as part of our "doctrine" Thoughts?
