I bought a house for $15,000 in a great town, with great schools, had smoke damage, which cost me 500 to fix 200 of which was the paint sprayer. im putting in my own labor (weekends) when all done i will be in for under 30k (which is your savings amount) my neighbor just sold their house (100sft bigger) for 180k.

That is mostly for REIT's withe extremely deep pockets and some larger funds.They might own 70 Best Buys for example so if one goes dark they can (float the note) across the portfolio with other properties that are doing well.Small strip centers are like multifamily in that you have multiple tenants for break even occupancy.Large malls are switching to (experiential) type tenants.

I buy 2 in 1 Smoke/CO detectors from Menards and I use 1 per floor plus 1 outside each bedroom.

Both tobacco and alcohol use were higher in this group (it would benefit you to make sure there is no inside smoking allowed).Finally, the entire goal of the program is not to provide a veteran with a voucher forever but rather to help them become self sufficient so they can, down the road, pay their own way regarding rent and utilities.

In random visits, while redoing the kitchen I find that they leave their trash on the floor, soda spill on new cabinents, paper towel in the toilet and the kid is smoking weed in the house.Is it fair that i check my unit at least 2x a month with a 24-hour notice?
